Our one week experience at "Back of Beyond" was one of the best we had abroad so far. The simple beauty of the place allowed us to relax and explore the site and it's environment. The staff was absolutely wonderful, we could not expect more between fantastic food (Nelson you are a true CHEF!!), milking buffaloes, catching  frogs and fish, (Mahesh thanks for the time) or get honey from the bee stock. City slickers get turned around. Thank you so much.
